1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Onementor platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, you are not authorized to use the service.

2. Description of Service

Onementor provides a platform for users ("Mentees") to connect with industry experts ("Mentors") for video mentoring sessions. We facilitate the booking and scheduling process but are not a party to the actual mentorship advice provided.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to book sessions. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Third-Party Services (Google Calendar)

Our Service integrates with Google Calendar to function. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• We create events on your connected Google Calendar for booked sessions.
• Your use of Google Calendar is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of the Google Calendar service itself.

5. Mentor Obligations

Mentors are responsible for maintaining accurate availability in their linked calendars. Mentors agree to honor all booked sessions unless a valid emergency arises.

5. Booking & Cancellations

Sessions are booked based on mentor availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee (if applicable).

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit Mentors for services outside of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Onementor is provided on an "as-is" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Onementor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
